Project Blueprint will focus on helping clients build self esteem, life skills, secure jobs, manage a budget and become taxpayers, not tax consumers.
Project Blueprint is a six-week, pre-employment program, designed to help individuals with life and occupational skills training, transition from welfare/public assistance to work. The six-week program includes 60 hours of classroom training and 120 hours of occupational (job) skills training. During the training program, participants learn the importance of job acquisition skills, safety training, communication, personal life skills and job retention. Participants who successfully complete the program will be placed in various companies including hiring directly from our sponsors.

The ideal candidate for Project Blue Print includes persons with employment barriers, including; youth (age 16 – 24), welfare and public assistance recipients, homeless persons, recent immigrants, individuals with disabilities and those recently unemployed.
Other needs of the participants are addressed through referrals to organizations that provide funds and/or resources for housing, food, and transportation such as the Department of Social Services, Department of Labor, Employment Security Commission and HUD Housing Authority.

Evening and weekend appointments available as needed
