Freedom Builders-Living Free (Assisted Living to Independent Living Program)
Freedom Builders-Living Free (FBLF) is a program designed to help mold, shape, and develop young adults with special needs who have been in assisted living transition to independent living and teach them how to maneuver in society and the community on their own.
FBLF conducts classes on:
- How to maintain their own household
- How to manage and maintain a budget
- Learning how to live on their own (buying groceries, paying bills, working daily, etc)
FBLF partners with organizations that focus on Special needs young adults, to assist in transition. Our network include Special Needs Network, The Special Olympics, Americans with Disabilities, Social Services, and HUD Housing Authority.
